A counter-alarm confirms that an alert situation detected by a Roomonitor device, has been resolved.

A counter-alarm confirms that an alert situation has been resolved.

For example:

  • A noise alert is triggered

  • The system or team contacts the guest

  • Noise levels return to normal and remain stable

This sustained normalisation triggers a counter-alarm, which allows the system to:

  • Close the incident correctly

  • Avoid unnecessary interventions

  • Keep a clear and traceable incident history
