Guest & Property Services

  • Covers a much broader operational scope

  • Includes guest- and property-related tasks, such as:

    • Access issues or lost keys

    • Technical incidents (electricity, water, air conditioning, WiFi)

    • Check-in assistance

    • Concierge services and guest requests during the stay

  • Services can be handled remotely or on-site, depending on the case and location
